Construction, repair, remodel, addition, or change of occupancy of any building structure, installation or change of fire detection and/or suppression systems, or installation or change of fuel tanks MUST be approved by the Central Mat-Su Fire Department before ANY work is started.

Note:  Residential housing that is three-plex or smaller are exempt from this requirement.
